My favorite red with teeth! The teeth on this one are not soft to the touch. Do you remember the feeling of the petals on a straw flower? That's what the teeth on this one feel like to me. Maybe not quite that stiff. Quick story. So the reason I don't know the parents of this one is because, when I get done sprouting seeds ready to transplant. I clean the trays out in the garbage. One day I was working in the greenhouse and saw little green leaves in the discarded soil. I did not know the crosses at that point. I decided to grow them out. Let's Go and It's All I Can Do are the result of growing those little garbage plants out. Yes, I am a grateful dumpster diver. Lol

Nice rich color and wonderful toothy edge. Sometimes it will grow teeth on the midribs. So if you are working on this trait, then this one may help your program.

Very good red with gold teeth around the petals, green throat
This was the first cultivar selected in 2018. I was so excited to see this true red color with all the teeth. It is very sunfast here, keeping the nice color longer than other reds.

I was reluctant to register this one because of so many pinks. Every year I say," this is just so good"! Substance is outstanding with sculping to add to the wonderful full form. The edge and ruffles have jigs and jags, teeth, and angel wings. Named for a granddaughter with a smile that brightens the day.

My first introduction from Leah Beck breeding. I still remember when it first bloomed. Some of the siblings had bloomed before it and they were very nice. I was watching them close, and Electric Angel bloomed and was a standout. I could not keep away form it and took many pictures.

This is a big flower and makes big kids. I know it has canoeing, but it does show the pattern. I would like it to be flat. Blooms quite early here. It also makes lots of proliferations.

This is a oh wow daylily! The contrast of the red and white teeth are excellent. Slow increaser and I only have a few for sale.
It re blooms here on established plants. Re bloom flowers have more teeth, but the teeth are more golden.

On maiden bloom I knew this was a keeper. The eye and the very wide edge color is very noticeable from a distance. Makes it looks even bigger than it is. One time it bloomed with a patterned eye. Don't expect the pattern but may help get pattern eyes with giant edges when using it.

What a fantastic flower. The flower is just too good not to share. Although not really enough buds to make it a real winner. I contemplated whether or not to put it out, because of the low bud count. With that in mind, I decided to sell it for less and let you decide if it was good enough.

A very striking flower when you come upon it. Re blooms here and adds to the season. Named for a wonderful grandson.

Major Flash

Out of two of my all time favorite daylilies comes Major Flash! I have never been able to get Last Snowflake to set a pod, but I can get the pollen to work. Although it's not easy. But worth it to get such a excellent flower. This is a huge flat flower and when I am anywhere close to it, it flashes come see me. And I obey.

It was a early cool morning and I was checking the seedlings when I saw Monster Man bloom for the first time. I had never seen a hem like it before. It was open and had substance so thick! I looked at it multiple times. Then I had to go to work. I came home for lunch at noon. I went right over to it and it had continued to open all morning and was wider and open more. Since then I have noted that if the mornings are warmer then it is fully open early. It makes giant scapes and great branching. When established it sends up immediate rebloom scapes. Good breeder with lots of pods and pollen is very fertile. I have an 2022 introduction that I named Infertile Myrtle. It has never made seeds for me. This year I decided to try Monster Man pollen and I got several pods. Can't wait to see these bloom. The only flaw that I can see is that Monster Man tends to have some spots on the petals here.

When Neon Electric and its siblings bloomed, I thought of neon colors. The Neon stuck and I have two of the Neon's to present to you this year. Very good plant and makes good scapes.

This is the best one of my Neon siblings. The color is so rich and vibrant! Like neon at night. The flower opens wonderfully every day. If you like tall scapes, then this is a good choice. I used Yoga Man on it this year and have lots of seeds from that cross.

When I first saw this one bloom I was blown away with the multi shades of color! I knew that It was a keeper right then. Since then I have really wanted to share it with others.

This flower has loads of teeth! Very good vigorous plant and makes excellent seedlings when crossed with toothy cultivars.

This is my favorite full formed bright rose colored daylily. I also love the big wide form. When I first started to grow daylilies in 1990 I wanted them all to have this round wide petals and sepals look. Since then I do like some of the other forms, but I always come back to the big round form. This one is named after a very full of life granddaughter of mine.

For many years this is the one that many visitors to my place say is their favorite of all the daylilies open that day. It is a very big flower and a very good plant all around. I should have introduced it years ago, but because of so much to do growing crops I just never had the time. Now I have the time! I have quite a bit of this plant so I reduced the price.

When this one first bloomed I said to myself, "brown and purple that's strange". Was not sure what to think of it. Others told me it was super cool. I really like it now, with that purple sheriff's badge. What a fun unique patterned flower!

This is a color popping flower! The round green neon throat sets off the purple eye so brilliantly. Then out to the super multi colored petal edge, with all kinds of gold, and light lavender glitter teeth and knobs. My favorite shaped daylily is the rounder the better and this one is round and full.

This is one of my very favorite reds. The color and ruffles are outstanding. It does hang up some here or I would price it for more.
